STATE LIFE TOWER ISLAMABAD
In 1994 a limited competition was organized by state life insurance corporation soliciting proposals for a 20 storied mid rise office building in the blue area of Islamabad. We won the competition.
State life corporation tower could not be started because of the government restrictions on heights of buildings being contemplated. In the year 2000 the CDA insisted that the project must be started or site to be surrendered. In 2003/4 the foundation was laid and the work started with many changes in government and state life structure.
The project is now going to be complete in December 2018. It consist of 3 basements for parking and ground plus 19 floors of office building of a total area of 298000 sqft.
